Wednesdays, 5:30-6:30 pm et Yoga for Muscle Recovery, In-Person at Strong as Kell in Milford, Connecticut (60 minutes)

Thursdays, 12:30 -12:50 pm et Lunchtime Yoga, Zoom (20 minutes)

Fridays, 8:00-8:20 am et Meditation, Zoom (20 minutes)
